OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

1. Rent-Instead Target GiftCard Giveaway runs now through February 28th 2010 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern time.
2. This promotion is limited to one award per family.
3. Must be 18 years old or older to qualify.
Giveaway open to persons in the United States.
4. Rent-Instead reserves the right to invalidate a listing, if the listing does not meet the following criteria:
   • An appropriately descriptive picture
   • Content properly describing the item
   • The item’s availability
   • Items not meeting the intent of the contest (to promote Rent-Instead by increasing legitimate listings) will be disqualified. A non-legitimate listing is any listing that appears to be for the sole purpose of winning a GiftCard without comporting to the intent of the rental or sale of the listed item.
5. Rent-Instead will actively monitor listings and notify you via email when your award has been mailed.
6. All awards will be mailed via US Post Office so please allow at least 5 business days once you have been notified that you are a winner.
7. Rent-Instead is not responsible for items lost in the mail.
8. No purchase needed to qualify.
9. Prize winners are responsible for determining what laws apply to their winnings and winners agree to abide by those laws.
10. All decisions regarding the contest will be made solely at the discretion of Rent-Instead. Rent-Instead reserves the right to change or amend rules and procedures during the contest so as to ensure its viability. All decisions made by Rent-Instead are final, determinative, and nonappealable.
